Any thoughts on how to manage bloating and nausea symptoms?

Hi Alison,

After you cut gluten and a few other foods that are causing you to react out of your diet, your intestines will begin to heal, your digestion will improve, and the bloating and nausea will fade away. Nausea is a symptom of a chronic magnesium deficiency, so the right type of magnesium supplementation will probably help to resolve that.
