I thought I drop back in and say hello!

Post by Maureen »

Hi there!
I haven't posted in a long, long time.....Mainly because my internet was not easily accessible - I just got High speed and what a difference!

My last flare up was 18 months ago! I feel like my old self. No more Asacol (since last Sept.) no special diets - I hope it lasts!

I am, however, still dealing with awful migraines weekly and sometimes daily....maybe all the preventitive meds have helped me not get D.

I hope all of you can experience remission again if you haven't already.
Love,
Mo

p.s. I turned the big 40 this year! (I first came on board 3 years ago)

Mo,

If you will email me an image file, I'll be happy to convert it into an avatar, and upload it for you. I can crop and resize the image, or otherwise doctor it, any way you want.

Or, you can create an avatar yourself, by resizing it to about one and three-quarter inches high, or less, and reducing the image file size to under 6 kb. You can then have it hosted at an image hosting site, and just copy the URL into the space provided for an externally hosted avatar, in the avatar section of your profile.

Love,
Wayne
