Your post is so inspiring, and a reminder to myself to strive for progress not perfection. I've also looked at my MC as a gift in my life. It has put me on a better path, and I appreciate so much more than I did before getting MC.

I thought of everyone here today. I belong to a couple of MC groups through Facebook, but seldom visit those groups anymore because I know the best information is here. I got a notification today that a post was made in one of those groups today so I decided to read it. It made me chuckle! This member said she is going to try the Persky diet! She doesn't know yet how correct her choice is.

You’ve got a great attitude. I belong to that group as well on FB and saw that post. I always recommend this forum to everyone as it literally saved my life when I was suffering back in 2012.

Welcome back Gabes! You were missed and I was beginning to really worry about you! So glad things are finally settling down a little bit!

Gabes, I'm not on here too often, but I did notice your absence along with all of your good wisdom. I'm glad you are back!

Thank you for sharing! I lurk more than I post...You and others have helped me tremendously with getting my MC under control. I don’t know how many of you have juggled work, family and this illness. Gabes, I like what you wrote about your acceptance journey and “it being as good as it gets.”
