good morning everyone,
I have some questions,
take budenosite yes or no? I see that many take it so as not to lose a lot of weight and they are doing well, but many others come to having to stop for the side effects and are feeling sick again if not worse!
I suffer from insomnia, it is not just 5 coffee type insomnia where one remains awake, but I do not feel well at night I feel a general malaise (not anxiety) and in the whole body including the mind (not in the intestine),
I suffer I have been having headaches for 25 years but really bad, forward I took the triptane tablet, I had a great 2 days as if I had recovered from everything (besides the headache) I felt physically well without any physical ailment (I was almost moved ), as if you had the real feeling of being healthy! (so this makes me understand that mo lacks some neuro-muscular or circulatory substance or amino acid or a neuro-transmitter!
I wonder if someone happens the same thing!
I definitely have a histaminosis for foods that for an excess of physical effort to create me headache, and all carbohydrates create gas for me, and red meat makes me headache, I don't have much to eat, and I wonder if this thinness does not cause more problems since I am suffering not only for the intestines but for everything and I am physical limits, for 2 years I have worsened a lot and it's not just a problem of food
Thanks ( sorry for translation)

Hi Ares,
I took Budesonide for 4 1/2 months and found it to be helpful. It reduced the inflammation so I could absorb nutrients. I stopped eating gluten, dairy and soy during that time, and did not relapse when I stopped taking Budesonide because I had eliminated my food intolerances.
I also had rapid weightloss, followed by slower weightloss, and my blood pressure was consistently low. I tired easily and was sometimes dizzy as a result. It took me several months for those symptoms to resolve, so I agree with you that being thin/ losing weight from being ill brings on other problems.
I’m sorry I’m not familiar with triptane or other migraine medications but maybe someone else will have some insights into that.
Best wishes,
Carol

thanks Carol, the problem is starches and all foods with histamine and histamine activators as well as all types of sugar, and a nice constipation! and all this creates gas and headache. and magnesium causes it too! I can't understand why I'm still alive but in one year I got worse (and I do aimovig for migraine which increases constipation and stomach pain) losing strength and the few food tolerances I had.
Ares, have you had a chance to look at Tex’s post about how taking Vitamin C and zinc helped his histamine issues? Gabes has also done a lot of work in this area. Since I’ve started taking Vit c and zinc there has been a noticeable improvement in my seasonal allergies as well. I think that it might be something for you to consider.
