Hi, everyone. I can't self isolate because I work in long term care. While I'm in management, we help out when we're short on staff and who knows what will happen when it hits in my area. I'll be having direct contact with our residents as I'll be helping to feed and pass meal trays. We had our first local case yesterday. I am taking my vitamins and washing my hands a lot. It's great to know that having LC might protect me! Stay safe everyone. This too shall pass!

"Actually, there is some medical evidence that when someone has an autoimmune disease (such as MC), their immune system is better able to deal with viruses such as the coronavirus"

Any chance you can link the studies?

Thanks!
