Back with ct scan results.....any insight?

I had d before my appointment which was in the afternoon. The report reads: large amount of stool in cecum and right colon. Left colon collapsed. No wall thickening or inflammation changes. Constipation noted with fluid throughout the small bowel. No evidence of obstruction. No evidence of colitis.

So......I still feel pretty ill....still having bathroom issues.....meds not helping much. Only eating rice and pure turkey.

That sounds like the problem might be a motility issue. Have you ever tried a small dose of amitriptyline (10–15 mg)? This won't work for everyone, but in some cases, it will help to regulate motility. But don't take more than that because amitriptyline is very addictive at higher doses, and higher doses are not likely to help, anyway. Amitriptyline (elavel) is only available by prescription, as far as I know, but your GP should be willing to write a prescription.

As a pilot that medicine is forbidden. Thanks for the thought. Who knew I could have constipation and d at the same #$@% time
