Gluten-free

Post by Daba »

I have a question about being gluten free. I tested negative for celiac disease, but I read that most people are gluten-free anyway. What is the theory behind this? I have been eating gluten-free since being diagnosed, but I don't know why. Please explain.

It's a form of non-celiac gluten sensitivity, so the doctors don't have a test that will detect it. So they naively claim that if they can't diagnose it, it doesn't exist. But that just proves that their testing methods are no good. If you want to read a medical research article or two proving that it exists, I can look up some references and list them.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
