Coffee Mate or . . . ?

Post by Pebbledash »

Hi there,

I am attempting to add dairy-free to my existing gluten-free diet. I use almond milk for most things, even in tea (I'm originally from the UK so tea is a must) and breakfast cereal. However, it is disgusting in coffee.

Is there a "healthy" version of coffee-mate, without trans-fats? Preferably something that is easily available.

I've been using coffee-mate in my coffee, it tastes fine, but I'm concerned that it is full of yuk.

Cheers

I use sugar cubes because a lot of so-called dairy-free coffee creamers contain casein — they're actually only lactose-free.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
