Suggested Treatment for CC

A naturopathic doctor, PhD and an expert on microbiome suggested following supplements for healing a flare up of CC:

probiotic containing two strains: Lactobacillus acidpphilus La5 and lactis Bb12
Sunfiber (partially hydrolysed guar gum)
Boswellia Phytosome
Meriva Turmeric extract

also black cumin seed oil for histamine issues and as an anti-inflammatory

I remember reading that the least amount of supplements are best during flare up but I do wonder if anyone has tried any of the above supplements and
have found them helpful.
