If react to white potatoes, can I have sweet potato?

Post by LydiaS »

Can someone please help me sort this out please?

According to Enterolab, my husband reacts mildly to "white potato". (It is in +1 column). Does that mean that he is also likely to react to sweet potatoes?

Thank you!

They're different enough that most of us who can't eat potatoes, can have sweet potatoes. Also, foods with a 1+ rank from EnteroLab, can usually be eaten on a rotation basis (if the overall score for those 11 other antigenic foods is relatively low).

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
