An Answer on one Job

Post by annie oakley »

The Railroad Commission has hired someone else for the job I wanted. But The way I look at it is this, At least I will have a job to go to, may not be the one I wanted but it's better than being without one or better than going back to the convience store. So unhappy I am not really, that's just life. Some you win some you lose. There may be another time I can apply for another position. :hammer: Besides....their loss. I haven't heard from the Animal Shelter as yet, you never know. But as I said at least I will have a job. :elephant: with no :bugzap: lady in it. Love yo all

Hi Oma....sorry about the job, but it sounds like you have a very positive attitude....Personally, I am keeping my fingers crossed for the Animal Shelter job...that sounds like it's just the ticket! Hang in there....TTFN....JJ

I'm so happy you are settled with work. Maybe the RR job wouldn't have been so ideal for unseen reasons. And like you say, the loss is theirs!

Oma,
You have to be the most flexible person I know. I wish I could be more like that.

Thanks on the flexible part. But there are some Items I am Not fexible on. It's just that, if I'm not flexible on most things, I find things can and will get worse. I went thru a pretty rough time over this loss of Income and problems with the bills and realized that I had forgotton my own important rule about not giving up. People here helped me to realize that. Love Oma :butterfly:
