Hey PhG.
You mentioned in post to Andrew that you had a recipe for making homemade nut milk. I'd be interested in it. I REALLY miss "white stuff" in my coffee.

BTW, it's maple syrup season so stock up. It wasn't a particular good year for us this year. We made no syrup ourselves. But fortunately our gift shop sold lots of maple stuff so I bought some. Nothing quite like that maple candy rush when you pop a tablespoon of pure sugar in your mouth!
