Hello MC Family, Friends and Newbies
Hello my dear MC family, friends and newbies
Yes, long time since I posted.
My workplace has been busy during this covid period. ie 30% increase in sales every month since March 2020, which absorbs a fair amount of my energy and time.
health is going ok - so long as i minimise treats and get good rest.
hope all are well!

Good to have an update from you, Gabes! Glad to hear life is treating you well. A busy workplace means a steady job, not always the case in the time of Covid........

Hello Gabes,
It's good to see that you're still doing well despite the panademic. The virus is really ramping up here in most states in the U.S. Apparently we're already in our second wave, and the weather is just barely beginning to cool down. It's probably going to get out of hand in this country, before it lets up, unless some sort of miracle happens.
Stay well,
Tex

Re: Hello MC Family, Friends and Newbies
Australia has just contained the second wave.
And we are in spring weather.
Good luck keeping healthy during winter/second wave.
Like most winters I increased Vit D3, zinc and Vit C. I am continuing this protocol given the stress at work etc.

Hi, Gabes. Good to see you again! I work in long term care and we're having our second wave. We're all exhausted. Thankfully I test negative every week. I hope I can continue on that way. Take care, everyone!

Hi Gabes!
Glad to hear an update from you
You’ve been plenty busy, and you are enjoying a nice Spring too
This new format at the MC Site makes for learning new things! Glad I popped in tonight It’s gotten cold in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve increased VitD, Zinc and VitC as well....have stayed well since the onset of covid, helps to be living in a rural town. I am crossing fingers I get to return to my job January 1st. Been helping grand boys with a hybrid learning schedule so it’s an interesting time around here for sure.
Hugs

It's nice to hear from you, Gabes, and learn that you are doing well.
I'm doing okay too. My husband has always worked from home, so he continues on as usual. I had two jobs, one from home, and 3 days a week at a daycare. The daycare, which is associated with a graduate school, closed down in March, and will be closed until at least the end of May. The school has gone mostly virtual, and they aren't sure how many people will begin attending in person later on, needing day care, so it's possible that we will close for good. Nobody knows. I don't mind being home. We have an outdoor socially-distanced visit with my son and his family once a week, and video chats with my other son and his family in Thailand every so often.
My MC is beginning to come back under control after a rather disastrous 4-day application of a topical NSAID for shoulder pain in May. Truly, MC is an unforgiving disease! A cortisone shot in September helped the shoulder, and actually reduced my MC symptoms as well.
