Anti hystamine h1-h2 can help?

Post by Ares »

Hi, I would like to know if the antihistamine h1-h2 can help me to get out of my situation of underweight skin and bones and constipation, to give me a way to recover a minimum (weight and all enemy foods)

H1 and H2 anti histamine will reduce histamine inflammation. but only histamine inflammation.
it wont resolve ALL inflammation issues.

if you are having constipation - you mostly likely need things like Vit D3, magnesium etc.
these will help reduce inflammation, help the bowel muscles push through the motion etc.

Weight Gain will only happen when the body is 'happy' low in inflammation, good amount of essential nutrients, and you have settled digestion.

are you having chronic histamine reactions?

I do not eat foods that can create a reaction such as eggplant on the skin or headache with all other foods with and histamine liberators

But the magnesium and vitamin D and omega 3 make me headache due to an intrinsic low pressure effect in these substances,

So I can't take them orally!

I wanted to try an antihistamine x to be able to eat more things without major problems like now!

MC reactions are more than just histamine reactions, so I am not confident that taking anti histamines will provide the 'protection' you want to eat inflammatory foods.

they may help, but they are masking the reaction, they are not stopping the damage.
you will still have to heal.

But can excessive weight loss be caused by dehydration due to the effect of the kidney? Because magnesium, calcium and sodium have an effect on intracellular hydration but are regulated by vasopressin produced by the pituitary and hypothalamus, but there is an interaction with aldosterone produced by the adrenal gland! Magnesium, calcium, sodium lower the pressure and I suffer from it with a headache! And the intestine cannot assimilate them with inflammation but if I integrate them they hurt me! So I don't know how I can hydrate and look normal if I can't even supplement!

There are alternative delivery methods for the supplements

For magnesium - you can use topical methods
Calcium - you can use safe foods sources (but if you taking good Vit D3 and Magnesium why do you need calcium??)

there are lingual versions of some items
there are also patches. (that you place on arm and absorb via the skin)

if you are not absorbing supplements, what makes you think your stomach will break down the antihistamine, absorb them and use them??

rather than put a band aid on issues, try to resolve the root cause.
you may not be absorbing supplements / nutrients , as you are LOW on stomach acid.

As far as I know, stomach acidity levels have no effect on enzyme production. Enzyme production will always be very limited as long as the intestines and pancreas remain inflamed. But if stomach acid is insufficient so that food leaving the stomach is incompletely digested, then enzymes will not work properly, either. Digestion takes place in ordered stages along the gastrointestinal tract, and if any stage is corrupted so that it's incomplete, then that problem of incomplete digestion cannot be corrected in a later stage.

From the ultrasound examinations he does not show pancreas and gallbladder and liver problems but this does not mean that something is wrong! And I suffer from Gerd and to date I have not understood or found information if Gerd is caused by high or low acid or gastritis and so on, but often those with stomach problems do not have colon or intestine problems, while I have constipation compared to diarrhea but also with mucus! So is gastric reflux causing me gas and mucus and constipation? But why don't you think of me digesting the skin and the gluten free pasta?

I'm not thirsty, I don't want to drink why?

You're trying to manage the symptoms, rather than to manage the disease. That's what doctors try to do. As long as your microscopic colitis is active, you're going to have all kinds of symptoms. Control the disease and all the symptoms will fade away. You've been a member here for over 3 years, but you've made no progress. You're trying to make recovery too complicated. Treat the disease, not the symptoms.

I lack a lot of knowledge that limits my language, I see that you use antihistamines or those who use other therapies etc and supplements, but I have not found a person with my same symptoms and side effects caused by the supplements, and the symptoms are also different ! And I don't know how to stop flatulence without at the same time avoiding losing weight! And flatulence is humiliating along with the thin appearance! And by not eating in a certain way, I have no energy!

Most of us don't know anyone else who has our symptoms either, unless we know someone who has MC. Why would that matter? Many of the symptoms are unique to the disease.

Flatulence is usually caused by one or more of the following:

1. Swallowing too much air

2. Eating foods such as apples, beans, broccoli, cabbage, lentils, prunes, raisins, or foods that contain fructose or sorbitol, such as fruit juices

3. Having an IBD, such as MC.
