Yeast extract?

Post by Greengoddess »

I had a nasty reaction after eating with shop-bought gravy. So I went looking. On the label was yeast extract. There was no gluten flagged in the allergens but I'm not sure now.

The yeast extract might have been the culprit. Or there might have been some other ingredient in there that doesn't agree with your digestive system.

I don't have much luck with commercially prepared products if they have very many ingredients.
