Hi & Happy New Year!
I was diagnosed with MC in 2010 and again in 2020 with LC and am so happy to have found this forum! I've been suffering a flare-up for the past few weeks and am relieved to be reminded of what I need to do to get better. I've been ignoring my GI health far too long and need to get back to it, so I'm looking forward to a healthier 2021! Keep posting folks, because you're helping others. And that is the most important thing we can do! Look forward to talking poop with my peeps!
