Many many thanks!

Post by Healthy2021 »

Hi - Dianne here, I am a "newbie" to both MC and this wonderful group of people that so freely share their knowledge and experiences! For 3 years have had severe symptoms and only diagnosed a year ago with MC-C and recently had my most severe flare to date. By reading these posting and Tex's book I have been able to put together a plan I can build on! You've given me hope and encouragement that this all takes time - baby steps in fact.

Many thank you's again to Tex and all that contribute to the information being shared with those of use seeking knowledge and information of shared experiences.

Dianne,

Thank you so much for your feedback. It's kind messages such as yours that make our efforts worthwhile, and encourage us to continue posting here.

I hope your progress continues. But most of us have a few setbacks along the way, so please don't let that discourage you if it happens. Patience and perseverance wins the race.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
