Tips for lowering inflammation in body

Hi everyone,

I'm doing well, thanks to this forum, using a combo of LDN, Budesonide (1 per day), and cholestyramine. One thing that has been at the back of my mind for some time is the fact that my CRP test some time ago revealed that my systemic inflammation was elevated.

Does anyone have any dietary or supplement tips for getting inflammation down?

I stumbled across this video. Looks like I should throw out most of my oils and just used olive oil and avocado oil!

stick with low inflammation eating plan
have a low toxin lifestyle

it is easier to avoid triggers, than try and take something to calm inflammation
the body can heal, but as we age this starts to reduce

I budget for treats / outings / events that will cause inflammation
week before I increase intake of VitD3, magnesium, zinc etc
after event i do magnesium soak to help draw out toxins

know your limit and live to it.
do the mental and emotional work of acceptance and what your limits are.

Minimize processed foods. Minimize foods with an ingredient list.

Get a lot of sleep.

Olive oil and avocado oil.

Laughter.

Tougher for MCers but after you are in remission add in a few more overcooked veggies.

Spend time with friends.
