Hi,

Welcome to the group. A search of the archives brings up many past threads about it. Here are a few links to some of the better past threads about bone broth that should tell you every thing you need to know about it:

Again, welcome aboard, and feel free to ask anything.

Hi,
My husband has been diagnosed with MC around February 2021.
I want to be sure I am making the Bone Broth correctly, however, the Bone Broth links are not working for me.
Can anyone help?

Hi,

Apparently, when this board was upgraded from phpBB2 to phpBB3 in mid-summer, of 2020, the conversion process corrupted the links in older posts written before that point in time. The data is still there, but the search function can't find the URL. A search for bone broth now, brings up well over a thousand hits, with most posts asking about bone broth, which makes locating posts that actually specify a recipe, very difficult.

Can someone please post a recipe and instructions for making for bone broth here?

Sorry for the problem.

Thank you, I guessed that the database may not be working properly because of other times I clicked on them... hopefully, someone will post here and I will keep searching as well.
Thank you, again.

in early stages of healing there is no recipe per say

best to have bones, water and salt
once you have that base - then you use that broth to make meals - where you add safe meats/vegetables

i freeze the bland broth in smaller portions and use this to make meals
at any time if i have a flare, having the bare basic is handy.
