CoQ10

Post by Marcia K »

Hello. I started taking CoQ10 because I have lines at my chin and wrinkles around my eyes. I'm 61 and I know that wrinkles come with age, but I feel like my facial skin is looking older than it should. I haven't been taking it very long and I don't think my lines are any less noticeable, but one thing I noticed is that the ridges on my fingernails are gone. That's a plus for sure! A lot of paleo people take collegan peptides, but I don't tolerate beef very well. I can't find bones in my area to make bone broth, Whole Foods didn't have any when I went there. I like to make bone broth with turkey bones, but roasting a whole turkey for the bones isn't ideal as my husband doesn't eat turkey. Have a great weekend, everyone!

I am having the same problem finding bones other than beef bones. Every time I try beef it just doesn’t agree with me. Will the bones have the same problem If I make broth with them?

Marcia,

Do you have any small butcher shops in the area. Sometimes they can save bones for you if they know what you want.

Pkw,

Yes, if beef bothers you, then broth from beef bones will almost surely cause the same problem.

Hi, Tex. Unfortunately there aren't any butcher shops in my area but I'm going to check surrounding areas. I don't eat much chicken after my EnteroLab testing so turkey bones are really my bone of choice.
