How is your Hubby? Was it Knee replacement ? I hope he's eating ok and getting better. Can he eat protien? They had me eat protien, helps healing. Love Oma

Hi Oma, The surgery went really well. It was an ACL (ligament) reconstruction so not as intense as a knee replacement. They did tell him to eat high protein foods with the pain killers as otherwise they can make you nauseous. He did really well until he had to go up the stairs on crutches. He was dizzy and and nauseaous after that (even though he had very little sedation other than the spinal). But he's resting well, reading a sci-fi book!

Glad to hear he's ok. Knee surrgery can be difficult. Glad he's hamdling it well. Love Oma
