I’m really trying to figure this out. I was eating venison and elk, ( The test should I react to chicken, beef, tuna, and pork, least reactive is pork) banana, almond muffin ( Almond flour, coconut oil, baking soda, applesauce) which entro lab I have no reaction to almonds, a few black olives which seem to be fine, green beans well cooked, summer squash well cooked, And bananas green. I drink only water. I started adding lamb in a few days ago and my stomach went on a roller coaster last night, My leg started restlessness. I could tell sleep was not going to happen so I took a 1/2 Benadryl. Everything calm down and I did sleep although not great. My stools have been forms but more on the thin side only having to go about twice in the morning. This morning they Started out at four and ended at a firmer six.

It seems that every time I eat something fatty other than the venison or elk I have this problem. Is there anything I can do to help with it as I feel I need a little more fat. When I tried duck I had almost an immediate reaction of watery diarrhea. Also why does the Benadryl make it better and there’s something like all that you can take long-term that would help? I would love to learn more about LDN, so any help with that would be greatly appreciated. I am taking 4000 IU vitamin D a day, using magnesium spray very often, I have also done Epson salt baths about three times a week and foot soaks on other nights. I do take a Statin for my cholesterol. It is very hard to keep up 2000 cal I feel like I give off venison from every pore of my body. The smell really gets to me. There are days when I feel like I want to stop eating altogether. I know this is a long process and I admire all of you who have maintained your remission. I have also been gluten-free for almost 9 months now. Thanks for any help or advice

Sensitivity to lamb is rare, but if it bothers you, avoid it. You could probably eat pork now and then, based on your test scores, just don't eat it every day. Can you tolerate avocado? They have a high fat content. Adding a little olive Oil, or coconut oil to some foods can boost your fat intake.

Restless leg syndrome is a symptom of magnesium deficiency, assuming that it occurs at night. So is difficulty falling asleep, or staying asleep. The body stores magnesium reserves in the leg muscles, because of their large size. During the night, the body tends to use up all our magnesium reserves in our leg muscles if our reserves are inadequate, causing restless leg syndrome. During the day, we typically don't have a problem with restless legs, because we get sufficient magnesium from our meals — but we don't get enough to build up our reserves, without adequate supplementation.

Statins do impact magnesium levels in the body - and from memory there is linkage to long term use of statins and IBD's
how long have you been taking them??
that is another topic it might worth using the search function and look at previous discussions
there are many non medication solutions for high cholesterol

I’ve only been taking them since May. This is really what got me in this predicament I think anyway. I tried to use psyllium husk to lower the cholesterol. About a week into three a day is when the diarrhea started.
