Turmeric

Has anyone had any success using tumeric or Bentonite in there recovery? I am on my second round of budesonide and I am wondering what is the best corse of action after the Medicine is done to keep in remission?

I think there are some here that have used tried turmeric - but it is not a staple that we encourage all to do.
the thing with Turmeric is that you have to take the right form, with the right supportive ingredients to get any benefit for IBD's

as per the info in the guidelines to recovery section.
Low inflammation eating plan with Vit D and magnesium are foundations of healing and long term wellness.
nutrients such as Zinc, Vit C, Active B's are also key for immune system, cell healing, managing histamine levels, healthy detox system .

the mental and emotional aspects are just as important. good sleep, relaxation activities, knowing and living to your physical, mental and emotional limits.
