Thank you for posting this.

I began eating coconut chips about 7 months ago, just for something sweet, with no issues.

The last 2 weeks, my bm's have been very loose and i couldnt figure out why, as i hadnt changed anything in my diet??

I read your post last week and stopped snacking on the coconut chips........BINGO, NORMAL POOP again!!!

Weird, after 7 months of eating them, but just releived to have found the culprit, thanks to you and Tex's explanation!

another thing to be aware of.
the Gluten free bread I was eating has had an ingredient change. I have eaten it for 2 years no issues
there was some mild reactions recently so I got the reading glasses out checked the ingredients and noticed they now have soy flour in it

also worth double checking ingredients of products every couple of months
