OMG...finally!

Post by LauraGld »

OMG!!! I finally had a perfect poop two days in a row! It has been months and months...I can't believe it! I have been on a very limited diet with some success, meaning that I have not had horrible watery D but have been having urgent very soft unformed poops in the morning and there is no time to hesitate. I have been living on turkey and chicken cooked simply, rice, organic rice cakes and crackers all gluten free. I also made my own chicken bone broth which I froze in small batches so I could use them easily as a broth drink or in foods. I have eaten no dairy or raw veggies and I let go of fruit all together. I eat only a few veggies and they are very well cooked and no lettuce. The last thing that was hiding in my food was soy in my Veginaise. I found a Veginaise whith avocao oil (yum!) and no soy. I also have avocado and sunflower butter in my regime. I make my own nut free coconut flour bread with very few additives. I found the nut breads were difficult for me to digest....at least until I'm better healed. Even with my limited diet I still was far from well...continued to have very low energy, worrying about the one bathroom we have. I even bought a camp toilet to hide in the basement if I couldn't wait for the bathroom. This decision was made after an accident I won't go into 🙁 We only have one bathroom and it was highly stressful when my husband was taking a long time. So I was beginning to think that even with my limited food choices that I was never going to have my digestion back. I have also lost 15lbs, even getting some hair loss from having such poor absorbtion of nutrients. Then yesterday I went into the bathroom without any expectation and it happened....ta da!!!! A perfect poop!!!!! and again today!!! I fully expect things to go up and down but hope I am finally on the right track to healing. Don't give up everyone...fingers crossed for good poops for all 🙂

great news - and congratualations on the hard work

I see you joined in April so that was 3 months to get this level of improvement!
take it slow and steady with any expansion of eating plan!

this is great foundation for good healing!
