Are Cornish game hens the same as chicken

I reacted strongly to chicken on my Enterolab test. I would love to make some bone broth but I have eaten nothing but turkey and lamb for the last year and half and can’t stand the sight, smell, or taste of either one. Are Cornish Game Hens the same as chicken?

Yes, but you might still be able to tolerate them if they are organically raised. If you dislike the smell of cooking bone broth, blanching the bones first might help, and as a last resort, some people cook bone broth outdoors on a camp stove or grill, in order to keep the smell out of the kitchen.
