Dehydration
I haven’t seen any comments about staying hydrated. With all the diarrhea episodes I am having a difficult time staying hydrated. I’m having kidney issues because of it. Also week and dizzy spells. Do any of you have ideas to help? I’ve been using IV electrolytes and Gatorade Fit. I’m new to this group so happy to find some people who can relate to what I’m going through.

Re: Dehydration
Coconut water works well for some
starting the day with large drink of water before I have breakfast works for me in hot Aussie summer
I take my own filtered water with me everywhere sipping small amounts during the day also helps

Re: Dehydration
Thanks I wonder why coconut water would be better than regular water. Also do you only use bottled water?

I'm new as well and feeling my way with the guidance of this wonderful support group.
I've just started Electrolyte Gummies to take throughout the day rather than drink the sugary gatorade or others that have no appeal. I drink water ALL day long frequently. Tried Coconut water and didn't like at all.

Re: Dehydration
I have issues with dehydration as well. I carry my hydro flask everywhere I go and now I am putting an electrolyte replacement called LMNT in it instead of plain water. You need to replenish your electrolytes either through coconut water (as suggested earlier) or an electrolyte solution, DYI or a clean pre-made one. I like LMNT because they aren't too sweet like I find the others to be.
