I Can't eat anything?
Here are my lab results are below.
Please help me figure out what to eat?
My Antigenic foods is high at 35. I read earlier that it means to avoid foods in group 2: which is corn, rice and beef, cashew and almond. Group 3: is oat chicken , walnut and white potato. Currently I was eating chicken and rice so I have stopped chicken but with out rice or white potato I don't know what to eat and I am already tiny.
I eat the same thing daily and I managed to keep from loosing weight.
Breakfast: A shake: Rice milk, Almond butter, avocado oil, banana, and a few strawberries
Lunch/Dinner same thing usually: Rice and pork chop, rice or pulled pork, bacon and rice with french style green beans, baked fish and rice w/brussel sprounts, or carrots. Snack dried sour cherries. I have tried sweet potatoes in the past but had D the next day but It may have been the chicken not the sweet potato so I will try again. Oh, And sometimes I have ground turkey and rice. I also eat shrimp with rice and toasted sesame oil. I think I have fructose malabsorption so I avoid most fruit. Somehow I think banana doesn't bother me. I am guessing because I HATE bananas and so my stomach doesn't know what banana is LOL! My stomach knows chicken and so I am guessing that's why I can't eat it now?
I have usually 3 tools a day and take imodium every other day. I use Homeopathics like podo, Lycopodium, Chapp, Sulphur and Sepia to help. Theses usually help with the anxiety of daily life and living with MC. They seem to also help with D. I have a lot of stress. I am hormonal, I have a teenager, seenager (my mom) and an amazing husband. So I have menopause, andropause, teenager-pause, and a seenager (my mom who has dementia). So I am crazy on top of everything else.
I need help with what to eat so I can heal the gut and not have people ask if or look at me as if I am anorexic. I am 5'' tall 105 which is up and down because I am struggling with food. Sometimes I feel depressed because I used to love to eat but now eat to live. I know it's temporary but sometimes I am not sure I will make it. I will take my homeopathic remedy now LOL! I am

Almost every one of us feels as you do when we first see our Enterolab results,"I can't eat anything." But that's a knee-jerk reaction. Actually, there are still plenty of good choices for safe foods. You're luckier than most of us, because you don't react to pork or tuna. Pork is the only meat I eat, and I never crave any other meats. There are pork steaks, porkchops, pork roasts, bacon, ham, ribs, country ribs, etc., so I never want for variety. Notice that I didn't even mention pulled pork, which is obviously an option, although the only time I've ever eaten pulled pork was a few years ago when I was in Tennessee picking up a big truck that I had bought in an eBay auction, of all things. Pork sausage is also an option that I often eat. Just be sure that the ingredients are safe. Anyway, all these various pork options can be cooked in various ways to add even more variety. They can be fried, baked, grilled, etc.
Since you don't react to tuna, salmon is probably safe, and there's a good chance that virtually all other fish may be safe for you. And unless you were allergic to them before you developed MC, all shellfish should be safe choices, including muscles, clams, shrimp, prawns, oysters, lobsters, octopi, etc. In addition, all wild animals and birds, including wild animals raised on farms and ranches, are safe for us. And that includes venison, antelope, duck, goose, turkey, quail, pheasant, emu, rabbit, mutton and cabrito (lamb and kid goat), to name a few.
Believe it or not, only proteins and fats are needed for a healthy human diet. Meat contains every essential amino acid. Carbohydrates are totally unnecessary, despite the fact that a lot of people incorrectly believe they are necessary. Carbs are simply a quick, easy source of energy, but along with that is the constant threat of increasing our body fat. Fiber is unnecessary, also, and the less fiber we eat while we're recovering from MC, the faster we are likely to recover.
All that said, since sweet potatoes don't work for you (although your reaction was probably against the chicken), there are plenty of foods like carrots, beets, turnips, rutabagas, cauliflower, etc., for example, for alternative vegetable choices.

Ok so a few questions. Since Almonds is a #2 on reaction, should I try another nut milk like Macadamia or maybe coconut milk ( I hate coconut so I am sure my body will be ok w/that)? This is for morning smoothies
Also, I gave not had gluten for over 15 years so my high Iga? reading must be indication of contamination? I was eating GF bread and using a toaster w/ gluten products.
Tex, What do you eat or did you eat for breakfast? Hardest mesl for me. Sometimes I eat yesterday's dinner.

I will note that with your soy result I would avoid green beans in the eating plan
(and check bathroom makeup products for anything with VIt E in it)
yes - the gluten score is an indicator of contamination if you have been gluten free for 15 years

as I can tolerate eggs, I make up a frittata and find that I can eat it cold or warmed

I want to thank you and Rex both for your reply. I feel like you tossed me a lifeline. This disease makes me feel like I am insane at times. Can one person possibly be this sensitive? I have been eating green beans so I will discontinue. I will have to look at vit E on the blog and see what's wrong with it? I don't wear makeup much but I do wear mascara and my eye is swollen. I am guessing there is Vit E in the mascara. I do wear lipstick sometimes but use the Red Apple lipstick brand which is gluten free (need to check for vitamin E).
I have had MC since 2012 and I got better through diet (I didn't know about this blog then) but recently I took some steroids and MC came back with a vengeance. I suspect TILT as written about in the Microscopic Foundation Newsletter. I mention this because I am scared to take anything that is not natural. Currently I am on no meds but will start LDN soon? I have a host of other issues (comes in three's) like Lupus, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, anxiety disorder and probably some undiscovered stuff LOL!
I don't mind eating the meat but I am noticing gout in my toes. I take homeopathic cholchicum which helps tremendously but I am wondering if anyone else has this issue and what they are doing for it? I imagine it will get better as my gut heals and I can introduce things other than meat. Enterolab results indicate avoiding rice, and white potatoes which seemed like an insurmountable challenge until your suggestions. Right now I understand I need meat to heal and I really NEED the calories too.
Do you suffer from gout attacks?
Also, since I can eat tuna, can I eat canned tuna?

re the fibromyalgia - I resolved chronic fibromyalgia with clean eating, low toxin lifestyle, fixing nutrient deficiencies such as Magnesium, active B and zinc
RE canned tuna - just check the ingredients, so long as it is super plain and no additives or flavourings
