Bone broth

Post by sonja »

Dear Tex and Games

Thank you for the newsletter about bone broth.
As a daily user of homemade Bb I appreciate it to be updated.
For me is new that chickenbones only need three hours and that for big bones 10 hours is the optimum.
I am used to let everything cook in the slowcooker for one or two days (up to 48 hours). But now I understand that is far too long.
I am convinced that BB really helped me to heal and helps me a lot to stay in remission. Thanks to the forum, to you!
Love,
Sonja

Sonja,

You're very welcome, and thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
