Has anyone taken these enzymes to reduce high FODMAP symptoms?
Going on an international trip and worried about the food.
Really enjoy all the posts.

Welcome to the group. The only experience I have with digestive enzymes occurred one time years ago, while I was still recovering, when I tried one capsule of a high dollar enzyme combination, and within a few hours, it tried to turn me inside out, And for two or three more days, I couldn't get up the nerve to even try eating soup. I've never touched one since, so I'm no authority on them. A few members here say they've been a big help, but I don't believe they're very popular among the members here, in general.
