Is it okay to use gluten free flour in regular recipes?

Hi there

I found when adjusting normal recipes to gluten free flour mixes etc, the mix needed a small amount of additional liquid

so far as tolerance levels, some people will react to some gluten free flours depending on the blend and ingredients

hope this helps
