Sheep's/goat's milk yogurt

Hi y'all. Is sheeps or goat's milk dairy ok if one tested positive to cow's milk. Trying to come up with my game plan for eating.It's a tad bit exhaustive lol

Sheeps milk and goats milk both still has lactose so you may still react to them.

The only safe milk would be from the cameloids, including camels, llamas, guanacos, alpacas, etc.

Believe it or not, there are camel dairies in The U.S., and their products can be ordered online. This one comes up on top of the search list, and I believe it's in California:

There are several more that you can locate by searching online

The main problem with camel milk is that it's expensive, since camels don't produce nearly as much milk as cows, and their gestation period is 13 months, whereas cows have a 9.43 month gestation period.
