Here's a recipe for bread based on rice flour, for those of us who want a safe recipe for bread when commercial products don't work — no bread machine needed. Of course, this won't work for anyone who is sensitive to rice, but it should work for most of us, otherwise. Avoid the butter, of course, if you are sensitive to dairy products. I'll post this recipe in Dee's kitchen, also.

Rice Flour Bread

Put olive oil or canola oil on the inside sides and bottom of 9 1/2 by 5 by 3 inch pan. Crisco has soy in it, so I must avoid it.
Cover 2 cups raw rice with about 1 inch water.
Check occasionally to see that all rice is still covered with water.
Let sit about 1 or 1 1/2 hours.
Drain rice through a sieve.
Add 1 cup clean room temperature water.
Blend rice and water on highest or next highest speed for about 3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add following
3 Tablespoons oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons sugar (white or brown)
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder
Stir well.
Pour into oiled loaf pan.
Bake in oven about 35 to 60 minutes. Test by inserting toothpick in the center.
If batter remains on the toothpick, bake it another 10 minutes and retest.

Remove from oven. Let it cool about 5 to 10 minutes. Turn over and tap to remove from pan.
You may need to turn the pan over and hit it fimly to loosen it. Hold over a plate. Let cool before cutting.
Flavor is good for a gluten free bread.
