Enterolab results

Post by PattyD »

Hi y'all. Please refresh my memory as to what level of foods in the reactivity column are safer to eat. Was it the +1, up to +2, or just the +1? I'm thinking it's only the +1. I only have 1 of those= white taters.

The 1+ class is less likely to show inflammation. But whether or not we can eat any foods in that class depends on our overall score on the 11 antigenic foods in that test series. If the score is relatively high, for example 20 or 30 or more, it's unlikely that even 1+ foods will be safe. If the overall score on our 11 antigenic food test is only 10 or 15, there's a much better chance that at least some of the 1+ foods can be tolerated. if the overall score is below 10, then there's a good chance that all the foods in all three classes will be safe.

32 is a relatively high score, so it's not impossible that some of the 1 + foods might be safe, but even if they are, they would probably need to be rotated on about a 3 day basis, to prevent your antibody levels from building up.
