welcome to the group - sympathies that you had to find us

yes Trauma and ongoing stress is a common trigger/cause for MC

stress can be emotional stress, mental stress, physical stress.
Stress has been and still is one of my major triggers

Part of the healing journey and attaining remission is having management techniques for this whether that be grief counselling, professional psychology support, meditation, yoga, good sleep, and other good wellbeing activities like walks outdoors, craft etc
