in my 14+ years in this forum and a personal who has always been pro-active to functional medicine I have not seen an Ayurvedic approach that works

what we know is that low inflammation eating plan, low toxin lifestyle, Vit D3 and magnesium are the best foundation for lowering inflammation and healing
the other aspect is TIME - you can't speed up healing

how do you know that the Vit D3 is causing the Diarrhoea??

and not something else you are eating/drinking?

have you checked the Vit D3 for inactive ingredients like Gluten or soy

Most of us use Doctors Best brand of vitamin D3. I have no idea if the sebert company vitamin D is safe, or not, because I'm not familiar with it. Most of us react to dahl (because it's a legume, which means it's related to soy), so the yogurt may be causing your inflammation.

Because the inflammation associated with this disease causes increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut), and this means that many of the nutrients in your food are going down the toilet because your intestines couldn't absorb them.

Some members here have diarrhea from taking magnesium supplements, but if you're having diarrhea because of vitamin D capsules, you're either using the wrong brand, or you're taking too much. Most members here use Doctors Best brand of vitamin D and have good luck with it. Why are you taking flax oil and sunflower oil? That's too much oil. Especially if you're not in remission, or you haven't been in remission very long. Most of us can't tolerate supplements like that until after we've been in remission for a while.

If flaxseed is used in your vitamin D3 capsules, then whether or not you're getting too much depends upon how much flaxseed oil is in each capsule, and how many capsules you are taking each day.

Most people's sensitivity varies on this, so there's no fixed quantitative limit, but most of us have to limit the amount of oils and sugar in our diet while we're recovering, because they can cause us to have diarrhea.
