Hydrogen water?
Seeing marketing adds, so I am curious if anyone has thoughts on hydrogen water’s anti-inflammatory properties?

Hi there
I understand your desire to investigate options to reduce inflammation and feel better
There is no one thing that will magically eliminate inflammation
as per the information from the MC foundation and what we have written in posts in the guidelines to recovery
The best option regarding inflammation is minimising it happening in the first place
Low inflammation eating plan, low toxin lifestyle, key nutrients and TIME and patience
Healing takes time, months not weeks
there will be 2 steps forward and 1 step back in this process as we 'live life' as you found when you travelled last week
Yes - good quality water is part of low toxin approach - I dont see the value in purchasing expensive water
