In my reading I have come across several mentions of using Boswellia as an anti inflammatory to aid in treating MC. Here is a publication from Pubmed on the topic.

Would like to know your thoughts on this.
Thanks,
Laurie

Laurie
if you use the search function you will see previous discussions about this topic
My observation with anything like this after near 15 years of being part of this group
something can be highly beneficial for one MC'er and then cause total chaos for another
when it comes to medications or functional / natural treatments there is no 'one thing' that helps everyone
and there is no 'quick fix' or magic potion. good quality remission generally takes multiple things such as diet and lifestyle changes, resolve key nutrient deficiencies (like Vit D3 and magnesium)
hope this helps

Re: Boswellia serrata
Thanks Gabe. On stage one of diet - 5 days. Also doing the suggested stool test from Entero Labs and I had my DNA reviewed to identify any methylation issues. Turns out I do have gene mutations on the genes responsible for absorption of B6 and B12. Ordered Methyl Guard from Thorne also taking D3 5000 out and Magnesium Glycate.

Great news
be patient - it can take 3-6 months to start to resolve key nutrient deficiencies and for the body to benefit from the diet changes and supplements
sometimes the improvements are so gradual we dont notice them
