Increase water intake
increase healthy fat/oil intake
gentle fibre ie peeled apple
increase magnesium intake orally

other than the water - take these changes gradually

In early stages of my MC journey I was either Diarrhoea or Constipation. I now know that constipation was indicator of magnesium deficiency
anytime my motions are constipation like, I increase magnesium intake for a few days
Our bodies use magnesium at different rates day to day.

For me if I am overtired/stress, I do a magnesium foot soak and have a rest then within 6 hours the motion will come.

hope this helps
