Any new info on THC, CBD & MC?

Just wondering if there is anyone out there who currently use THC/CBD for their MC symptoms. I have multiple food intolerances, can list on two hands what I live on. Looking for some new help! 🤔 Any info on how THC/CBD affects people with MC would be appreciated.
