Can i use whey protein hydrolylized for protein intake
Or can go with plant based protein powder
Right now am having 5g to 10 g protein intake

If you are sensitive to casein, then you will react to whey protein. Protein powders are loaded with ingredients that cause most of us to react. It's much better to get protein by eating more safe meat.

As long as the ingredients are all safe, soup is fine.

Can i take l glutamine for protein
Can i drink cellery juice
Can i drink bnana mangoes blueberry smoothies
How to get protein because I can't take animal protein is there any supplement for protein

I'm not aware of a safe protein supplement. How about shellfish, such as mussels, clams, shrimp, prawns, squid, oysters, lobsters, crabs, etc.?
