Thoughts on pistachio nuts, avocado?

Post by onebigpill »

I’ve come across pistachio during travel and wondering if they might be a safe-ish option for a snack.

Same with avocado. It’s filling and satisfying, but is it usually safe?

Obviously it’s all individual, so looking for any holistic experiences others have had or learned.

Thanks,

Based on posts of shared experiences, most of us tolerate avocados and pistachio nuts well. Macadamia nuts are safe for most of us, also.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
