Mars

I was looking at Lorin Roche’s site on meditation this evening. Meditation can take many forms and is probably not what you think it is. HaHa. I mention it because discovering meditation was a great help for insomnia and finding a center to work from as far as MC was concerned You might find his sight interesting.

He has a link to a sight that I have found right on as far as sleep is concerned.

Lots of other interesting reading.

Before I discovered my food intolerance's insomnia was enough to drop me in my tracks. Thankfully I sleep really well now but can only feel for what you are going though since I have been their.

I hope these links might aim you in a new direction.

In the end I found the biggest help was changing my mind.

Matthew, I'm not Mars....But I too suffer from Insomnia and am going to check these sites out. I meditated for a long time and got away from it and plan to start again. Thanks for the sites.
