Matthew,

I've read that article of Dr. Fine's, but it was wonderful to have those lines pulled out. It is a beautiful reminder. Thank you!

Recently, I've been trying to follow this advice when it comes to eating, to follow my intuition more and see how I feel when I eat. But I also tend to be a worrier, and I worry about eating too much animal protein.
I would rather not eat large amounts of animal protein, but, at the moment, this is what I can eat. Fortunately, I love vegetables and eat large amounts of vegetables.

Thanks again for the reminder. I am going to read Dr. Fine's article again.

Warmly, Celia

Polly, That's a very helpful perspective. I know my blood chemistries were always normal when I was on the Zone Diet.

I'm curious how much Dr. Fine weighs! I can't imagine getting by on his diet, but that's almost identical to what my brother eats. My brother became an avowed vegeteraian at about the age of 65 after eating the SAD diet all his life. He does eat fish maybe once a week. He also juices a lot.

Be well, Celia
