I am on my way to check out a YOGA class here in town--
Went for a look see but have some hesitations--first *U MUST BUY* the white pants and white top!!!! and very $$$$$ but a gorgeous place---the ENTIRE floor is MATTED(but U still bring your own mat) --which will make it much easier on the knees and butt---
I am so used to AZ. recreation center ($25.00) for a YEAR--thus thinking I could go to the HIGH SCHOOL---but dont like the area--
Now, these are good decisions that I am posting----right???
So will take the first FREEBEE lesson and decide from there--
And I finally,mind U, had the courage to SPEAK UP to LYNN-telling her to *shut-up* while I say what I have to say----and guess what??? I was so proud of *ME*-----
