Was terrific----this was such a different approach---this was YOGA!!!

And U can sit,facing the mirrored wall and watch yourself--
This was great cus its nice to see what one looks like doing certain poses-

I luved the teacher----and after that we had the GREATEST green tea(made by the owner)-- it was deelicious~~~

I will check out one more place but feel this is the one I am heading for--

Other than that---all is quiet on the home front~~~~
