Bulletin Board Code Update

Hi All,

From time to time, it's necessary to update the basic php code that operates this bulletin board, in order to try to stay at least one step ahead of hackers, and spammers. If you have tried to access the board this afternoon, and found it unavailable, this is the reason. I realize that changes such as this should preferably be done in the middle of the night, when few people are using it, but since our board is heavily modified with various enhancements, these updates can be a little "hairy" at times, and I need to be thinking clearly, in order to be able to figure out parts of the code that have to be custom modified just for our own board, so I prefer to do these updates during the day, when, (theoretically, at least), I am more likely to be alert and thinking clearly).

Please note that I have just updated our board to the latest version, (2.0.20), so assuming that everything is working properly, we are once again operating with a state-of-the-art bulletin board. If you notice any component of any of the forums that doesn't seem to be working properly, please let me know, so that I can try to debug it.

I apologize if this inconvenienced anyone who wanted to use the board while it was disabled.
