Hi All--
I went to a GF food fair this morning. It is an annual event organized by the local celiac support group. The place was jammed! Lots of vendors, many from out of state such as Mr. Ritz Bakery from Philly. Didn't see anything new that I wanted to buy. All the delicious looking stuff had other ingredients I can't tolerate. Anyway, I came how with 6 bags of biscotti I had pre-ordered from Mr. Ritz and nothing else. I went last year too and there were definitely more vendors this year. I guess that's good for us in the long run.

Hi Melissa!
Good to know that the market for GF vendors continues to grow. Now if only more companies would begin to specialize in multiple intolerances. I hear ya - GF doesn't do us MIs much good, does it?
Love,
Polly
