My doctor was very pleased with me because I lost more weight even on holiday. Probably the running around after the kids & we were on the go most of the time. Lost another 2.4 kilos in the three weeks since I had seen her. Total of 12 kilos (thats about 26 1/2 pounds I think) Still have a way to go but am feeling a lot better for it & fitting into some of my old favourites. Wait for a while before I buy new stuff. Won $900 on the lotto while we were away so it will be put to good use.

I'm still holding but need to be more strict on my diet to loose some more weight. It's great when the weight comes off and the clothes begin to fit again, isn't it!? I was going to get an Ab Cruncher but saw they were almost $100!!!!!
Glad you're back home and on the computer, you are missed when you're gone!

Going to pick the money up today. Have already decided to buy a DVD player/burner so I can put all my videos on DVD. I have all the girls weddings & lots of kid stuff on video & it wont last forever.
Guess what-- I am back to walking again after quite a long break. Have done little walks before but pain in my feet, hips & leg prevented me from doing more. Only lasted half an hour today, but it is a start & I hope to increase it each day. Losing the weight has definately made a huge difference to how I feel.
