Saturday evening supper

Post by annie oakley »

We are having high protein, low fat deer meat fried very slowley in Olive oil. With garlic, cumin, a pinch of ginger and a pinch of chili powder. I have a measuring spoon that has a pinch on it. Avacados, boiled eggs (1ea) fresh spinach leaves, romain lettce, carrots, celery, Grated cheese (the cheese is for Mike) Green Olives, tomatoes, and homemade ranch dressing. I am giving lettece another chance . Adding it back into the diet slowly. We shall see by 2:00 in the morning. Love Oma

That sounds delicious. I hope the lettuce works for you.

Sounds yummy Oma, although I do not like deer meat. Your description sounds mouth watering.

How did the lettuce go? I love it, but it doesn't like me. I am in the potty right away if I eat lettuce.

What's for dinner tonight?

Actually...I did very well with the lettece. But I put more spinach than lettece in mine. It's now 2:23 pm and haven't had any problems. No Gut grumbles. or *D*.
Had Sausage and pancakes this morning.....I made pancakes and Mike had Bacon with his. I think I just have to take it easy, and not eat too much of any one thing.
